In this workshop, participants will learn how to successfully implement fundraising activities, including direct mailings, special events, phone-a-thons, and how to ask for funds from individuals. Capital Campaigns
A Capital Campaign is an intensive, organized fund-raising effort to secure philanthropic gifts for specific capital needs or projects. This workshop covers the four steps to pre-campaign planning, including a feasibility study, comprehensive campaign planning, writing a case statement, and prospective donor identification. Volunteers and Campaign Management are also discussed.

Goal setting helps us determine our priorities, get organized, make big decisions, and realize our dreams. Business Plan Writing
This workshop features the business plan outline from the United States Small Business Administration. Participants will learn how to take their new or old business ideas and put them down on paper. At the end of the class, they will have a draft of a completed business plan.
